Replacement，Exchange and Refund Information
Customers are advised to check the goods that are received against what is on the invoice before opening them. Goods can only be replaced or exchanged if they are faulty or if Blueonline has made a delivery error. No replacement, exchange and/or refund are granted if customer has changed their mind or made an incorrect order. Faulty goods must be returned within seven (7) days of accepting delivery. Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging, accessories and/or manual with proof of purchase (copy of invoice). Customer is responsible for arranging delivery and cost of the delivery for returning the faulty goods.
If a Refund is granted, it will be made by Blueonline via the method of payment customer used to make their purchase. Refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned good in its original packaging, accessories and/or manual with proof of purchase (copy of invoice).
